Pneumatic press to set eyelets in a wide variety of materials, including textiles.

Crossover is the professional pedal operated semi - automatic very strong pneumatic press for customers who need to work on several materials such as curtains, polyester banners and flags.

Suitable for use with eyelets from 8mm up to 40mm. The Crossover has a two part die that closes only on the final action. The inner part of the die acts as a pre-cutter which cuts the hole before inserting the eyelet. This avoids ruffling around the eyelet resulting in a superior finish. 

 

• In a single action makes the hole whilst simultaneously setting the eyelet.
• Features cutting adjustment to work on textiles.
• Possible to work with all PLASTGrommet eyelets (from 8mm up to 40mm, extra tooling required).
• Foot pedal operated, leaves operator both hands free to hold the media.
• Safety guard to cover setting area.
