Matic Flexicut is a “3 tools in 1” cutting machine.
Depending on configuration, it can cut up to 5 meters and at the same time be equipped with multiple tools, choose any combination of Ultrasonic, Crush Cut and/or Rotating Knife.

Features
• Different cutting technologies in order to achieve the highest quality result
• Up to three cutting technologies available on one machine in any combination
- Ultrasonic: for textile fabrics, cutting and sealing the edge to avoid fraying
- Crush Cut: for glass fibre coated with PVC in order to avoid fraying
- Rotating knife: for PVC, polyester coated with PVC and PVC coated canvas.
Depending on the configuration, the Flexicut can cut up to 5 meters (wider by special order) and be equipped with multiple, easily interchangeable tools such as Ultrasonic, Crush Cut and/or Rotating Knife.
Matic Flexicut Features:

- Useful cutting: 3.2m, up to 5m available
- Variable cutting speed according to each fabric - The operator has full control of the speed.
- Double pressure bars - Keeps the fabric stable in place during cutting.
- Sensor to detect the end of fabric - Avoids wear of the cutting tools.
- Automatic opening of pressure bars at the end of the cutting cycle.
- Automatic return of cutting tools to the start position.
