HPS025

Portable self piercing hand press for eyeleting PVC banners:

Solid steel construction to eliminate cracking and breaking, common with cast metal presses.
Weighting only 5 kg is perfect to work on ground level with large banners.
Possible to work with three eyelet sizes 8, 12 and 16 mm (extra tooling required).
Not recommended for textiles, as it might create wrinkles.

HandPro

Perfect for mid-size customers:

HandPro is the latest PLASTGrommet development in eyelet presses for the growing fabric market.
It has been designed to work bench mounted and customer can easily adjust closing of the eyelet so it doesn’t roll even on light fabrics.
It works on a wide range of materials: fabrics, corrugated plastics, clear foil, PVC banners …
HandPro uses same kind of tooling as the advanced Multipress.
Available for 8mm, 12mm and 16mm PLASTGrommet eyelets.

HPS020R - Bench hand press

Option 1 (PVC): Self-piercing - PVC banners

Self piercing application.
Possible to work with three eyelet sizes 8, 12 and 16 mm (extra tooling required).
Not recommended for textiles, as it might create wrinkles.

Option 2 (Fabrics): Pre-cutting application - Textiles

Not self-piercing, it is necessary to precut the material (no need to change the tooling as same die does cutting and setting)
Possible to work with 8, 12, 16, 25 and 40 mm eyelets (extra tooling

Corner Rounder

Perfect accessory to round corners on diferents materials:

Adaptable to our HPS 025 hand press.
Three different radius available: 6mm (1/4”), 10mm (3/8” ) and 14mm (9/16”)
Cut materials up to a maximum of 15 mm. thickness.
Works on: cardboard, polythene, Dibond, cellular polypropylene, wood, foamboard...
Special accessory to round large plates.
