Roll cutters for Carpets - TPO - EPDM - Turf Grass & Asphaltic Bitumen

Ribamatic slit most of the flooring solutions in the market, including Rolls of Carpet which is made of sturdy and durable yarns of polypropylene, polyamide, polyester and solution dyed nylon.

There are different kinds of carpets, for residential market which are made of PP (polypropylene), PA (polyamide), Solution Dyed Nylon and PES (polyester).   Needle felt  which is used for residential and comercial projects, exhibition carpet and automotive floor Coverings. All can be cut with the Ribamatic.

Ribamatic machines are also used for roll slitting rolls of artificial turf,

Vinyl is easy to slit with Ribamatic machinery, no melted surfaces, clean and accurate cuts, no matter if the Roll are  4m or  5m Ribamatic make machines up to 6m wide.

TOP40 is mostly used for cutting  vinyl carpets, parquet and laminate floorings.

  • No need to put the roll in any specific place onto the rollers, just drop it at any place.
  • Automatic self-sharpening, no need to change the blade.
  • Cutting head locks and unlocks automatically before the cut, we avoid screwing every time.
  • High precision measurements – 0.01 mm.
  • Any core size can be cut, no need to rewind the roll before using the machine.
  • Automatic cooling system – air gun 0º.
