The CP8 eyelet machine can be used with most plastic eyelets that can be HF welded, however is optimised for use with our range of PVC and PUR eyelets

This machine is designed with focus on flexibility, throughput, security and ease of operation.

Single and double sided operation

• The punch/weld-feeder is delivered with a double magazine (CP8-D) and is made for PVC eyelets 11/27 or 13/32 or 15/37 or 19/43.
• The CP8-D can – in one simple operation – be altered to work as a single-eyelet machine or double eyelet machine

Power and throughput

• Punching and welding in one operation.
• The punching is easily done through 4-6 layers of plastic sheeting.
• Used in production you can achieve 6-12 weldings per minute depending of eyelet size, operator speed and generator.
