Elitron Kombo SD+The most advanced and productive cutter we've ever seen! Choose the tools, don't pay for what you don't need. Available too with conveyor as the extra wide 3.2m SDC+ 32.20 The Elitron SD+ is a class leading, innovative, industrial quality cutting system. The standard maximum cutting thickness is 20mm which can be increased to 50 or 120mm as options. Weighing just over 2 tonnes it's built to last and give years of uninterrupted service, the bed will never need to be releveled there are no drive belts to replace. Both the beam and head carriage are rack driven, leading to a higher speed and a more precise cut. As standard the SD+ is equipped with a 1.2 Kw router, but there is also the option of a 3Kw version, with a water cooled head and built-in chiller, which is ideal for routing a lot of thick or hard materials. Auto Tool Change The Kombo with seeker pro will read the images on the bed, read the cut marks, select the correct tool for the job in sequence from the tool harbour on the side of the machine. Push Button Tool Change A simple quick method of changing tools if your output does not justify a fully automatic tool changer. Virtual Die Projection System. Reduce waste and landfill. The ultimate in operational simplicity adopted by Elitron in all its cutting systems with “virtual dies”. The operator uses a simple and effective projection system to easily position the shapes to be cut directly on the material, even on small leftovers or scraps, optimising the performance and thus reducing wastage. Less landfill. Nesting can be done automatically or manually by the operator, using the mouse. The operator can rotate the nested shapes to allow for a continuous pattern across a number of sheets. Elitron's software is very intuitive and allows the operator to run a simulation or pre-flight of the proposed cut, here they can see any over or under cuts or in the case of routing, ensure they are using the correct diameter bit. The multi tool head standard attachments.
Available in three bed sizes; 1600 x 2000mm 3200 x 2000mm 4000 x 2000mm A roll -roll system can be fitted. Please see Kombo SDC for more details. Suction Surface. The working area is equipped with a powerful multi sectioned vacuum system that allows to focus the power only where it's needed. No blanking off, no excess noise. Seeker System The Seeker System comes in two versions, Standard and Pro.The Standard version is fitted to the all the Kombo Range and sees the reference points on the sheet, locates the reference points for the images but does not load the cutting profiles. The Seeker Professional option does this too but also looks at each image individually then loads the profile and cutting information for each image. So with the Pro you could put, Forex, banner, Dibond all together on the bed and the images would be recognised, the correct cutting profile loaded, the correct tools chosen for each job and the Kombo would then automatically proceed with the cutting. Automatic Nesting Elitron Sofware can automatically arrange the images for a given size of sheet or have been detected by the Seeker Pro and make the most economical use of the materials on the bed. Naturally the operator can rotate the nesting to accomodate any printed jobs that need several sheets to have pattern matching alignment. Wall panels, wood grains etc. Projection System This option maximises the yield from your materials by projecting images onto the media beneath. The operator can then see exactly how to plan the use of leftovers, half sheets etc. The material can then be used accordingly.
The Kombo SD+ can finish printed images on a range of materials such as Forex, Dibond, SAV, paper, card, corrugated, double wall, even PE or foam. Standard head height is 50mm but can be ordered with an option to take the head height to 120mm
The Kombo can be fitted with a range of tools such as, oscillating knife, electric or pneumatic, creasing wheels and a range of routing / milling tools. The system has a pre setting function for automatic set up Multi tool head ELITRON KOMBO SD (eng version) from sushi adv on Vimeo. |
