Elitron Kombo SDC+ 3.2Kombo SDC+ 3.2 with it's multi tool cutting head holding up to 5 tools simultaneously, is part of a new platform designed by Elitron to integrate and automate the workflow with the increasingly popular super wide format digital printers. Extremely flexible and with a conveyorised cutting table, Kombo SDC+ 3.2 has a 3200 x 2100 mm working area. Designed to fulfill the needs of digital print providers the Kombo SDC+ 3.2 allows you work effectively with both large rolls of material and different types of rigid medias from bigger digital printers.
A blend of technical innovation and Italian know how, to further boost its productivity, Kombo SDC can be equipped with the innovative vision system
Elitron Seeker system is an intelligent camera vision system for automatic registration mark identification in one click. Seeker System Pro It’s now enough to simply position the sheet freely on the working area, with no restrictions to process any job.
Is the intelligent vision system for automatic, digital registration mark identification in just one simple click, directly from the underside. Materials are automatically scanned with the printed side facing downwards, to identify the position of the registration marks and then cut and crease directly on the reverse side. Video Projection The powerful high brightness video projection system clearly projects the shapes to be cut onto the sheet. With a simple click you can position the shapes as you prefer, in order to optimise the available material. This reduces waste and allows you to fully use of any leftover materials. Less landfill. Multi Tool Head Great versatility due to dedicated tools for each job: The multi-tool head can fit up to 5 different tools to work all materials. It is possible to work different materials at the same time thanks to the vast selection of flexible functions. The automatic pre-setting function makes it extremely easy and quick to change-over cutting head and tools, thanks to their automatic registration. The cleaner system acts during the machining operations for complete removal of debris from the working area. Multi Cell Vacuum Solid cellular steel structure, up to 40 concentrated vacuum sectors automatically activated only where necessary to reduce noise and power consumption.
